How much space is needed for the 360 booth?

In order for your 360-photo booth experience to run smoothly; we do ask for at least 10x10 ft of space & availability of power outlets (prong outlet) near the space. Be sure to leave space for a line at your event.

Are the set up and take down included?

Yes the set up and take down are included and doesn't cut into your "booked time." No additional fees for set up or take down EVER!

What's Needed for my guests to get their videos?

Wi-Fi is needed for video sharing, Wi-Fi for the venue is ideal but we can provide a portable Wi-Fi system for an additional charge (subject to signal availability at the venue).

Can the 360 Booth be used for outdoor events?

While we do not suggest outdoor set up (especially in direct sunlight) as it can cause stress on the camera equipment. We do ask that there is a stable concrete foundation only to set the 360 Booth up on. We do ask to be in a covered area if possible. Please keep in mind weather conditions, no one likes sweaty videos of themself. 

What if I'm more than 25miles from 75204?

If you are more than 25 miles from 75204, there would be a $1/mile charge.

Is there a deposit needed to book?

Yes, we do require a non-refundable 50% retainer to book and reserve the date.

Is the Booth Director there the whole event?

Our team members will always be there from start to finish of your event. We will not leave your guests unattended!

Do you have themed props?

Yes! We have props for all different types of themed events.

IE: Nautical themed event, you could have sailor hats, sunglasses, etc to match the theme.

Can I have a fun overlay with my name for the recorded videos?

Yes, there is an additional fee for a customized overlay, but some of our packages this feature is included.

Can you match our table linens?

While we carry several types of linens to match your event. Your booking comes with a basic black or white table linen. If you would like us to match your table linens; you can provide to us to ensure we match the decor. We can discuss rental options or different colors/types.

Is the 360 Booth wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately it is not as we do not have a ramp to get guests on the platform along with the wheelchair.

Do you accept LGBT clients?

Absolutely, we a 100% LGBT friendly business!

Is Corporate Branding available?

Absolutely, from the back drops to props; we can customize your 360-photo booth to be branded specifically for your business/event.
